OpenShift is Kubernetes but it's also more than Kubernetes.
It's a collection of other software in addition to Kubernetes that gives you the ability to run an entire Kubernetes environment.
OpenShift includes things like Kubernetes itself, as well as Tekton, Grafana, Prometheus, and things like RHEL CoreOS and CRI-O.
All of these components work together as a single distributed set of software, to easily run Kubernetes in production.
